1. Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Item condition

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or laundering may be denied.

3. How to start a return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at urbandropp25@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. If your request is approved, we will share the next shipping steps.

4. Refund processing

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and products clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
